Amy arrived on time and in a very clean car. It was so clean that I needed to dust off my shoes before getting in. Amy said not to worry. I recently used Airport Shuttle of Phoenix to get to Air Harbor and also to bring me home after the trip. On the way there, my driver was Garrick. He was courteous and friendly. I made it to the airport with no problems. On the way back, my flight was delayed in Denver for nearly four hours. I finally arrived at Sky Harbor just before 2 a.m. Fortunately, I was able to call my driver, Ty (aka Apache) to let him know that I had finally arrived. After picking up my bags, I went to the prearranged pickup area. I only had a five minute wait before Ty picked me up. After my five hour flight, along with my long layover in Denver, it was really nice to have someone handle this so efficiently. Overall, the cars they used were clean, comfortable, and both drivers, as well as the night manager who assisted me on the phone, were excellent. Thanks for making a long night a little easier.

Yes, we go literally anywhere. Any two addresses 24/7.
Shuttles are normally prepaid, so that's not out of the ordinary. The people that answer the phones do reservations, but they can't do refunds. Once a reservation is cancelled they are supposed to send you a cancellation email. If you reply "Refund" to the cancellation email it will go straight to a manager. Usually refunds are processed by a manager in 24 hours, the actual time to show in your account depends on your bank or credit card company. Normally takes 1-10 days.
Usually it's just you or your family in the vehicle. No one else except the driver.

Sorry for the confusion. I looked up your reservation and you booked and paid for a regular sedan, not a "luxury car service". We do have "luxury car service" available, but that is not what you selected when you made a reservation and it costs a lot more than you paid. You should read your confirmation and quote emails in detail. They talk all about Lyfts and 3rd party transportation. While we prefer not to use Lyft at all, it's better than being stranded and does not represent a different class of service, so no refunds are due. This is also on your quote, confirmation email, during the booking process, and on the website.
That’s normal; a round trip is just two one way trips. So we treat them like to separate reservations. That’s why the card was charged twice.
