Had a precedure done back in March, just now finding out that my insurance isn't going to pay even though the front I was told it would. I was never given any out of pocket costs. 7 months now and surprise. I now have a large bill not being paid because now they tell me it isn't covered due to it being out of network. I have not had any issues with a medical office like this before. I guess buyer beware and get an in writing from theis office before doing the procedure. I failed. This being a not so everyday procedure I put my faith in this office that I was in good hands financially. I'd give them zero stars if I could.
