Office policy’s really need to be re-evaulated. I have needed to speak with Dr Ahmed, Mark (who was absolutely awesome), or Ema regarding prescription problems. My latest issue was a script that I have always taken two per day, always. My script was sent to the pharmacy with instructions to take one per day, I was not aware of the issue yet. I was taking two daily not realizing it was written wrong. I noticed the problem on a Saturday when I counted them out for vacation that I am to leave at 2am this Wednesday. The policy is that you have to leave an email with the nurse and pretty much wait. Your at their beck and call. I finally got thru to the front desk, which is a feat in and of itself. I was told, of course, that I have to send an email to the nurse and the reception people don’t take care of this. I explained my issue, she proceeded to put me on hold, for 25 minutes! It finally rang back to her and I had to explain my situation to her AGAIN. 😡. So I am now waiting for a return email from the nurse, a call back from reception after she speaks with Ema, or I do not go on vacation. I will lose airfare, car rental and hotel charges. This is a medication that I absolutely must take the required dose. If not I will go into severe withdrawals. I don’t see my chances as good. Wish me luck. I would not change my rating regardless, as this is not the first time.

Dr Ahmed and Mark-NP are terrific. Their office staff is horrible. I've had 2 Appointments canceled without notifying me. It is literally impossible to get office staff on the phone during normal business hours. You can leave a message and may or may not receive a return call.

If I could give a 0, I would. Please read other reviews, same issues. You can never get a hold of anyone. I had to go and schedule appointments as a walk in. I left messages cancelling appointments - they were not cancelled, I got charged, and doctor sent me a letter saying they would not see me again. Did not have the guts to tell me in face. I begged to be seen because I was not doing well and he knew my history, the doctor refused. This was because I did not pay some missed appointments they did not cancel in time. Money hungry and does not care. Do not waste your time.

U can never get a hold of this place. Also I was sick the day of my appointment. I tried to call. Could not get a hold of this place. Ended up paying a fee. What kinda doctors office is this. If u call and cant get a hold of anyone. Next time I'm sick and throwing up I will show up for my appointment. And get e by everyone sick.
