I give this a 3 only cause the lady I spoke with at the end was very very nice helped out so much but I'm legally blind and only have 7 fingers like I needed customer service to help me and said wasn't good enough so finally after like an hour and half I was connected to a lady please fix ur automated systems for disabled or handicapped people

Why do you keep a package unloaded in your trailer for 3 days. When the designation is only 17 minutes away?!?!?!?! Two days ago I got an alert that my package is out for delivery. WHERE IS IT?!?!

Same here. They tried to pull a fast one last week and said no one was home for the delivery, I checked my cameras and attempt to deliver was never made. Then I go in and the box said wrong address. It was right 🙄

Ups, how do I get a mis delivered package to its rightful owner. Your driver made an honest mistake, but there is no way of contacting a human at ups. I'd deliver it myself, but it's heavy.

When you pay for 2 day shipment to your home address why do you get an email notification after dark telling you to pick up at the ups store. Do we get a ?refund on the shipping cost

Why wasn't my debit card deliver to me . It was a rush order. Now because you didn't deliver I'm paying late fees. 3 DAYS I WAS TOLD N ITS BEEN A WEEK N NO DEBIT CARD. WHY ? ? ?
