I can’t get a hold of anyone. The office just gives me a website and number. Neither are working. No one answers the phones. The automated call can’t find my case number. The website won’t let me submit application. I went in person for them to tell me to just try again! I’ve been trying for over a week!

Proof of income, proof of residency like a lease, proof of child support if you get it or have a child, bank statements, birth cert, social security card, proof of bills You pay. I had to apply for unemployment even though I never worked here before it was just something they made me do to get medical as well. Thats all I remember
