I walked in letting them know the severity of my situation and that I needed an oral surgeon as a result of having an impacted tooth buried deep in my gums. They assured me that they had a highly skilled surgeon. After a simple evaluation they turned me away and told me they wouldn't do the work and charged me $343.

Dental Doc was a little dismissive and didnβt fully explain the problem until I asked a lot of questions to get the story. Staff was very nice for the most part. I waited an hour and a half to be taken back, even with an appt. I was told I would receive my X-rays my email immediately. It is not the next day and I still havenβt received them, even after calling. I also paid for some mouthwash that they forgot to give me..
