Went to the 19th Ave and Peoria location.. First, of all.. the outside looks horrible.. it’s dirty and dingy looking… someone stated.. it looks so dirty.. you need to go home and shower to get the flirt off..secondly, met with a provider named Kara Fishgold… she’s assumes and uses personal feelings, when prescribing medicine, that is not the way to conduct service.. also, there was HIPPA violations going on… DO NOT go to this location or meet with KARA FISHGOLD!!!!

I have been coming here for about 9 years & have to say I have seen wonderful changes since they moved. OMG 'BEFORE' they moved there were men on the street outside the clinic asking what Rx you got in one breath & in the next breath asking if you'd give or sell them some when you got it filled! Thank heavens after they moved outside drug seekers is NO LONGER a issue just superior pain management as before with wonderful & caring nurses & a great Dr. They have seen me through 3 spinal surgeries & will be there for my upcoming 4th!

I went to Sun Pain Management and will never go there again I only went there twice and was talked to like a child for asking to use the bathroom which I was informed that the bathroom was for patients only considering that my appointment was for 7:45 and it was 9;20 when I asked to use it so if I wasn't a patient then why would I even be there, also at my first visit I was given the wrong prescription which I took back to their office as soon as I receive it, at that time the staff members said that they couldn't take the meds so I kept them to show them to the Dr. on my next visit and also took another Prescription of the same kind that was given to me again on error at another time by a different Dr. so they could see that I wasn't taking any of the meds. Well after the nurse practitioner came in she counted the pills and verified that they were all there she informed me that I wasn't getting them back even after I told her that I was taking them to a place where they take unused meds which is at the CVS on Indian School & 19th Ave they were mine and I did pay for them( meds were 1 month old not expired) but nevertheless they destroyed the meds, afterwards I then asked what were the result's of my M.R.I. which I was told that they didn't have and that they would discuss them on my next (visit--1 month away) which I had done a week prior, so if the patient's aren't important enough to try and get their M.R.I. results at the time of their appointment then I'm at the wrong place after the way I was treated and talked to like a child being reprimanded I will never go there again, I will go only to pick up my release forms so I can go to another pain management that knows how to treat their patients with dignity and respect with that being said both my son and his wife are registered nurse's that work in different hospital's and would never talk that way to any of their patients!!!

What does set ur dose high mean? Does that mean they give u a higher mg or larger #. Can u pmease explain?
Chivo Dominguez if you are prescribed medication your Doctor will expect you to take it. I will say if you feel the medication is not needed as much please be sure to tell your provider you prefer a slow decrease in medication. I say all that to say this if you take a urine test it will show your not taking your meds etc. You have every right to control how much medicine to take but to your doctor it looks as if your doing other than not taking them and your really not in pain. So wherever you decide to go you must be aware all Doctors expects you to take the medication they prescribed. Hopefully I answered your complaint correctly if not, my apologies best of luck on your search for a new clinic. God Bless

They don't have any problem disrespecting patients!!!!!
LEGALLY, IN 'AZ', 90mg/DAILY'S THE LEGAL DOSE THANKS TO THE "ALL KNOWING GOVERNOR" TRYING TO DO HIS PART IN FIGHTING THE 'OPIATE CRISIS' W/O ANY REGARD TO PATIENTS THAT MAY BE IN EXTREME PAIN & MAY NEED A HIGHER DOSE BECAUSE OF AN EXTREME MEDICAL CONDITION! "NO COMPASSION FROM 'AZ GOV.OFFICIALS'.
I discharged myself from them and back with them now!
Just google them and it should pop up. I would stay away from that place. They suck
No this is the Phoenix location
Shawn McGarvey is at INTEGRITY PAIN N WELLNESS on 59th Ave just North of Greenway ...
No strikes just gets kicked out the program, my dad goes here and so do I luckily I don't take a narcotic so I can smoke weed and come back positive but my dad who does take narcotics can not come up dirty or they will discharge you from there program, they only want you to take medication (narcotics) that they prescribe to you no where else unless you confirm with them first.
What mistake?? Elaborate
I have been a patient there for a couple years now. If you already have copies of reports, CT scans, XRAYS, and so on, you will have no problem getting rhe medication you need. Pending UA analysis results, of course.
