They could organize better the lines, because do you need to make an appointment but when you arrive in the local it’s really confuse.

Surprisingly very easy process. Made my appointment online to renew my license and arrive a few minutes early. Very friendly staff help as soon as I arrive and the hall process took 30 minutes.

Always very good service 'employees are very friendly, sometimes is a big line outside and is ok because they are very active employees and line time waiting is short. Please Always is clean and bathrooms to. Is very important they have very good police support for security purposes .

Better to go with appointment and take what you need to get things done quicker. Because then drawing numbers to be attended who knows how long you will have to wait or they will take to attend you. Depending on importance!
