Truly the worst service there can be, the work staff in that place are very rude, disrespectful, mediocre in providing information, if they cannot have the patience to answer questions to people, they are in the wrong job. They do not have appointments "available" online at "any time", taking those of us who require the appointment to a state of emotional crisis. In my case I have been trying to find an appointment for a month and my license is about to expire. This is not good, before the whole system worked perfectly, because they had trained people with the skills to solve user cases.

Who is in charge here? The phones are always busy, the fldmv website is a labyrinth of inefficiency, having phone numbers listed that are not in service or just a dead end. I paid to have my license reinstated now that I am out of state and now the recording over the phone is telling me the price went up. I am writing this review after being on hold for over 45 minutes. Time to hire someone under retirement age to revamp the phone lines and website ASAP.

It is a lack of respect that for a question. it is necessary to make a queue of 1 hour of waiting, that they do not have anyone for questions and answers, and very little professionalism when it comes to customers after it seems that we are not in the United States of America

I received the form in the mail. I filled it out and mail with the check of 48.00 on 11/17/19. Check was clear with the bank . How long do I have to wait for the new DL to arrived? if not what number do I call?

I sent a check to the Division of Motir Services for renewal of drivers license. Check cashed . Today I got a fla. Renewal notice to pay Broward County Tax Collector. Did I send check to wrong place? Thanks

What you should do is contact the division of Motorist services and explain the issue and specify that you have proof that they cashed their check. Let them thoroughly check and investigate what's going on. Be sure to get everyone's name and the days you called. Also ask for an email confirmation or a letter of confirmation in the mail for your records. You should not be receiving anything unless they mailed out the renewal notice prior to updating your DL information renewal on their database.

My Florida Driver license will expire in September. I am out of state and will not return until mid October, what should I do?
