The staff is very disorganized and disconnected with the entire process. They kept asking me for the same information over and over. To make matters worse, my mother's body is expected to be flown for burial to her native country. It has been over two weeks since her death and yet I am still waiting for Caballero Rivero Sunset to tell me when the body will be flown. I really thought the funeral business was much more organized at least out of respect for the deceased but I was mistaken. I would NOT recommend these folks to anyone.

If you make an appointment, they show you a catalog of their flowers. But there are florists that can get you wreaths too.
