I stay here twice a year for a week at a time every year. This week I had booked for work and tried to cancel a week ahead of time because my work/event was cancelled from Hurricane Ian / a natural disaster! And they would not let me cancel! Ridiculous! Would never stay again. After all the times I've stayed there. What shi*ty service. It was nothing under my control. Paid $400.00 for nothing👎👎

I don't even know were to begin. Our stay was fantastic from the minute we got there right to the very minute we checked out. Very clean, the staff were friendly helpful, and overall super. I was having surgery not far from the hotel but too far from home. Tina the manager and Kristin were way over the top at their job. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and acquaintances. Everything was wonderful and they were extremely accommodating. There is not much more I can say!!!

Staff is super polite and sweet room did not smell like smoke and there’s no bugs it’s clean and they do things when I asked for example I asked iIf the room could be vacuumed and they did it within 10 minutes so I was really impressed with that it’s a very comfortable stay no loud noises does not smell smoke at all in the building very comfortable
