The HISD School Transportation department is horrible. There's no organization and children are frequently left within bus transportation to School. This is a serious problem, here and it needs to to be addressed. My daughter is without transportation again this year- this after having a designated bus route last year. The HISD transportation department is failing our children.

Extremely unorganized. They need someone in charge that will help improve processes. Some days no one shows up in the morning. No one notifies the schools if the kids won’t be picked up.
