Most horrible bus company of my son's lifetime attending school more then 7 years same address and big buses! This bus driver is the most lazy she doesn't want to pick him up in front of our home like it should instead she wants me to walk with him 2 blocks from my house where ever she's standing just because she can't make any turns. She complain of having a big bus and says is hard for her to make turns to where we live and she suffers from a disgusting attitude. Where I live is not a dead end and there is two ways to enter so shouldn't have any excuses whats so ever. My son has a door to door service and this driver is violating the rules just because she wants a easier job. Drive a small bus if you can't drive the big ones. What is going to happen when is snowing and raining!? No way. This is unbelievable first time I had this issue with any bus driver I've had. I call the bus company their phone doesn't work and when they finally pick up they're so unprofessional and wants to be on drivers side even though violating the rules and puts you on hold without letting you know. Bad service and disgusting attitude towards parents.

Worst bus company I've ever dealt with. Some drivers drive off without the kids sitting down and when you call the office the one lady is nasty to everyone even the school staff. I'm going to find out who the owner is and speak to them about this lady who doesn't know how to do her job and needs training to be a gracious operator and stop being so miserable. Also she refuses to give anyone her name and says that her name is "John".

My child’s pick up time was 6:30 and We normally stand outside by 6:25 keep in mind the apartment complex that I live in only has one entrance/exit . I assumed the bus was running late so at 6:55 I called bus company to check the whereabouts of the driver, they told me he showed at 6:41 (and he now was in a different borough already)despite the fact of me telling them I was outside from 6:25 to 7:00am. I tried to explain that the bus did Not show up but the operator was persistent on saying the bus showed up and, she kept saying it was our fault for missing the bus. She then told me that the buses have gps trackers I went downstairs to check with security if the bus showed and they didn’t see anything show up at that time and there is also video proof the diver didn’t show up. When told this the lady was dumbfounded and but they still couldn’t send the bus …..

This crazy bus driver (bus 1903) almost caused us to crash on the Jackie Robinson. I would NEVER let me children on this bus. After not allowing us to merge onto the parkway she then gave us the finger! So unprofessional and disrespectful. I feel badly for anyone who she drives.
