I have not started the program. If there is more dates given to people on when they know they are ready, it can help their retention rate. Everything is rushed and does not need to be. They moving too fast. The time frame the dmv gives is good where a person has time to fully complete the program with in the time and still wait for the road test. I think they living so fast that a lot of stuff is not even done yet and want to put us in the classes. The disorganization with the process makes it more difficult. There is staff that is there and not due to the new pandemic policy. They have to realize now it’s about patience and there is time to get the CDL within the six months given on your permit.

I was trained by the best instructors, one particular was Julio. The patience, understanding, was amazing, love you Julio so does all the people I sent to him. I passed my test and the road test the first try. I worked as a school bus driver for 5 years then became a access-aride bus driver. I’m retired now receiving my retirement check. Just was going down memory lane. Thank you red hood on the road all staff.

I can say plenty things about this place and it’s was a beautiful place to receive my CDL from them almost 20 years ago. I know work for the Dept of Sanitation and I ll be retiring from it in 4 years. They got me started in a great profession and I am so humble and appreciated. They help me get my first job with cerebral palsy near maurice avenue and I have never looked back thank you god. The are professionals and I am so grateful for this license and the opportunity. The opportunities just got better and better.
