They need to get their shh together. They misplaced my child on the bus and supposedly had my kid on 2 different routes, they didnt even realize it. Dont you think they would wonder where is this child supposed to go? Nope. Incompetent when asking for help. They dont notify you of any changes. They make excuses to cover their behind and was even told 3 different reasons for misplacing my child and then told the office of pupil transportation that it was MY fault. What a joke of a company. The matrons and drivers are sweethearts though. Unfortunately the city chose this company so everyones stuck with them. Even the schools complain about their lack of service.

The worst bus service, they always arrive late, they cancel the children's pick up and then they say that the parents called to cancel and it's a lie, apart from that they don't want to give her telephone information about the one who transports for one to stay in touch... I feel very disappointed with the service👎

Worst bus company ever. They do not read the list properly. Always late to pick up kids and their custumer service is poor. I do not recommend them at all. They deserve - 0 star.

Well.... Sorry to hear that. But in most cases the base do not make calls to the parents. But its the driver and matrons job to let you know if they are running behind. The driver calls the base when they are late. The base turns and call the parents. However, that doesnt happened all the time cause the base is very busy so you have to exchange info with matron and driver it makes it much easier. I hope i answer your question. Just exchange numbers with your matron and driver it will work out better for everyone! Im a driver and i do this for my parents on my run and it work out better.
NO 25 HOURS FOR MATRON AND 30 HOURS FOR DRIVER.ACTUALY THEY PAID DAILY NOT HOURLY.
