My concerns are have this company ever had any complaints or violations or any problems of kids being mistreated on the bus left on the bus just want to know and addressing my concerns because today is my daughter first day riding the bus?

Definitely a rude and disrespectful company !! One of the agents hung up on me today. The bus comes late, comes super early and doesn’t notify the parent then your kid misses the bus and misses school. The company does nothing about it. It’s disgusting.
