WORST ER EVERR !!! Every time i come here i have the worst experience ever! Last time i came i never got into a room they did everything in the waiting room!!! Now as I am typing this i'm currently sitting in the waiting room its been 4 hours... I asked one of the nurses in triage how long first she ignores me, then she finally answers me and said whenever another room free ups. Mind y'all ive seen them call people over me that came in after me!! Im in pain and just waiting this is the worst ever. DO NOT COME HERE !!!

I was in the hospital for four days last week (system down) could have been less but two of my test were delayed by two days because the departments claimed they didn’t receive the orders (not good for critical situations). My cardiologists and PCP are not part of their group and I have been trying to get my records for five days now, so my cardiologists knows the results of the test they ran and how to move forward with my issue. I have submitted the request to records three time, contacted Patient Relations and their Social Services. I still don’t have my records or a response from any of them about the status of receiving them.

My husband was a patient on the 8th floor. He required extensive care. We were here when there was a massive computer failure. Our care was excellent before the failure, and it did not falter during. Every person that entered our room, from the cleaning people on up to the doctor's, took fantastic care of us. When the computers failed, the place could have fallen apart, but it did not. The care was seemless. I can't thank the staff enough in Cooley 8B.They went above and beyond to be sure that my husband was safe and comfortable.

Yes contact the family cause they only let 1 person cone see the patient and that person is the only 1 that they give info to.

I honestly can't remember what flo we were on but if it was the 9th floor it is the NICU. Their NICU smells of death, I wasn't clean and looked more like a hospice care than a hospital.... My daughter and I had to spend 24 hours there and trust me I complained the whole time. I was so ready to go I left her discharge papers.
Get w a social worker they should be able to point you in the right direction

What do you mean a donation? For a relative or for a person you know who needs help either way you can donate to them call up to the hospital and ask

Honestly I don't know I complained until I couldn't anymore... After a while I got the doctor on the phone he said he was fine with me transferring by then it was around 12 am then he reminded me that I would also have 2 emergency room bills.
