Do not pay the deposit unless you know you absolutely need this service!! I was desperate to get my passport rushed and found this service. I ended up getting an appointment with the Dallas Passport Agency instead and had my passport in 2 days. I reached out to Craig for my $634 refund since he did not provide any service for me and have not heard back. This is so wrong and such a scam.

our kids need new passports, I have all everything ready to go just need to sign & turn in at agent.Appts r all booked up through end of July. We r flying out July 31st. Can I get their new passports here in a few days if I go to this location?

I have to have the completed application by 7 am to get it in the same day.

What do I need in order to get my 7 year olds passport if her biological dad has been out of the picture for over 5 years? I don't have any contact with him but he is on her birth certificate.

You will submit form DS-5525 with the application. But unless he is in jail or you have a restraining order it will be difficult. Best thing is to get custody or locate him and have him complete a DS-3053.
