I like this place a lot. I'll give it the full 5 stars as I do feel like it's got mostly quiet neighbors, clean spots, access to a massive field where I take my dog, a trail between the trees, and ample sized pull through spots. Rent is getting pretty high, but that seems to be a theme everywhere. Not many trees on the new side, but the old side does have a lot of tree coverage. They also have onsite storage units, but there is a list - storage prices do make that worth it though. You'll also see deer most of the year on the new/back side. WiFi is typical and I haven't used cable but it exists. They've got separate paid and overflow parking areas.

This place is the best! A huge shout out and thank you for taking care of us with propane and care during this devastating winter storm. We have had all the amenities to stay warm and cook during the power outage thanks to y'all. We have been residents since last July and will not be going anywhere else! If your RV or 5th wheel is over 10 years old they make you jump through hoops just to stay there a couple of nights. Too many places in the area to mess w that

Starting February 2020: back-in is 600 a month w/125 electric for back in and 670 a month w/125 electric for pull-thru

If you have a motorhome you have to disconnect your tow in back in sites, pull thru you can keep your tow connected to your RV.
$575 includes water, sewer, trash. They also have clubhouse.
I only stayed over night, but I do know they have weekly & monthly rates. The space are nice size, I've seen larger and smaller space during this to FL.
