This place has been a Godsend. My son joined in February of 2021, and I took him to every class so I could help him at home. Within a month I signed up as well. It’s been such a great activity for us to share and spend time together. A year later, we are still actively training, and I think that’s saying something to the quality of the studio and its instructors. They are fantastic with kids, the philosophy of Soo Bahk Do and the Moo Duk Kwan is rooted in principle and the values taught as well as the personal benefits (confidence, health, focus, discipline) are exactly what a 6 year old needs…even a 36 year old! I highly recommend anyone looking for themselves or a loved one to at least come check it out. This style of martial arts is not like other flashy and showy styles, it’s purely about the art, tradition and self defense. I’ve tried other styles and am glad I’ve found this one.

I've been bringing my son's for over a month and already I see a positive change in them, more respectful, more calm when asked to do shores.. classes are comprehensive, the masters take their time teaching new students..the master and staff have made us feel like family and at home. We will make every attempt to continue to bring my family for years to come
