Don't go here if you want to have an appointment on time. Terrible hospitality! I had an appointment at 4:30. I showed up at 4:25, but when I got there, no one even acknowledged me. I told them I had an appointment for 4:30, they had my name down, and the front desk lady told me that she would let my nail tech know I was here. However, it was 15 minutes later and I still hadn't gotten seated, so I assumed that my nail tech was still working on someone else. I kept waiting, and I ended up waiting a total of 45 minutes. The entire time I was waiting the front desk lady was just on her phone, and I never got any information on my appointment status or when I would be seated. Finally, my nail tech came up to me and told me she was almost done. What puzzled me was why was my nail tech, who was busy doing someone else's nails, the one who updated me on my appointment status versus the front desk lady who had been doing absolutely nothing. My point is, when you come here, don't expect your appointment to actually be on time. They make you wait for a long time, but no one seems apologetic or respectful for the time you waste waiting or for any other commitments you have. I understand running late, but having employees that do not care to even communicate to their clients what is happening is unacceptable.

I have been going to Bliss for about 4 years and I go in every 3 to 4 weeks. I am rough on my nails and when I have cracked one they have always been more than happy to fix it. There have been times that they are super busy and have rushed but I understand but they have always been polite and friendly.

Went for a dip manicure. She was rough and some of my fingers were burning the whole time. The technician was distracted when using the drill and left it on my nails until they burned and I told her it hurt. At checkout I asked if they had anything for the stinging. They didn't do anything because there wasn't blood but I knew they cut my skin and they kept putting acetone on my open skin thinking it was a reaction to product (even though I said it wasn't because it was only 3 of my fingers). The next morning I woke up with continued tenderness and stinging Picture is after several bouts of topical cream. Very disappointed in the service and lack of accountability

I usually go to aria nail bar across the street but I had to come here because they were all booked. Few reasons I’m annoyed with my experience here: 1. The lady doing my nails rushed my whole set. She seemed annoyed because I didn’t set an appointment with her and instead I did a walk-in. She even left the crust from the old nails I had on my hand which you can see in the pictures. 2. She also cut me and of course mistakes happen but she wouldn’t have cut me if she wasn’t in a rush. Also I came in at 6:00 and we ended right at 7. I’m sure she was ready to go home but I just got off of work and tried my best to make it which I did and still got bad service. Had she done my nails right she would have gotten a great tip for a great set. 3. They charged me 60 dollars. At aria bail bar you can get the set I got for 45 but instead it will look good. My set at bliss the French tip was done badly and the sides of my nails are so bad. I usually always tip 15+ but it was not deserved. Bad experience but this is what I get for trying someplace new. I recommend everyone to aria nail bar instead I even included pictures of my aria nail set which was 45 dollars and the pink French tip is bliss. You decide! Thank you.
