I was sceptical seeing the ratings but had a surprisingly pleasant experience when I took my son there. Reception was courteous, nurse and assistant were great and so was the PA. We never felt rushed. PA explained her diagnosis and next steps in details including advise to avoid unnecessary tests. May be I got lucky with the staff but I also found satisfactory office procedures.

Quick in and out. Nurse and doctor were great! A lot less time there then at Med Express!

On a Sunday at 3:30 with only 1 other person in the waiting room...how is the wait 2.5 hours!?

You need to schedule online. They no longer do walk in covid tests.
It's walk-in, but you can also schedule a time to avoid a wait if they have spots available.
