I moved to Frisco back in October and am so glad I chose to go with Waterford Market. I have loved my space, loved the amenities available to me, and have come to appreciate its location. The leasing office staff has been top notch whenever I need to talk with them. I have no plans to leave here anytime soon, and I recommend these apartments to anyone moving to the area.

So far so good. Building is quiet and people are friendly. Parking lot is tight just slow down and be careful. Any issue is addressed right away. Not like most other places which make you wait forever.p

Great place to live and awesome staff… they really look out for the tenants. Griffin, Brenda and Chad are the best in property management. My wife and I are former property managers and we have seen it all. Waterford Market Apartments is the place to be.

The apartments are very nice here and the location is excellent. You can walk to a variety of restaurants and bars in and around downtown. There's also the Frisco Fresh Market, which is extremely close and a great place to visit on weekends. The soccer stadium is right across the street and you can watch Frisco's July 4th fireworks show from the comfort of your own home. The property is clean, quiet, and secure. The staff are also very communicative so you're always up to date on what is happening on the property. AT&T fiber internet and prewired ethernet in each room is absolutely stellar.
