My dog got groomed here. They completely shaved him despite getting instructions not to. In addition, they cut his ears and did not inform us. Our previous groomer was much better and was able to groom him just fine. This place seems unable to handle curly poodle fur.

I love the vets and the techs there and the way they treat our dogs, but WOW is it expensive. And more to the point, they're not very transparent about how much things are going to cost until it's too late, so I would highly recommend asking ahead of time. For example, my dogs got their yearly shots a couple of weeks ago (expensive because it goes with a full vet exam, but ok) and there was one shot that they needed to come back in couple of weeks to get a booster for. So I booked that appointment and brought my dogs in for it this morning. I was told once I was in the back room that the vet would be in for the examination soon. I told the tech that I was only there for booster shots and that they don't need another exam since they just got one a couple of weeks ago. They told me at that point that it was mandatory to get another exam in order to get the booster, so I went with it. And so it ended up being over $200 for a booster shot for 2 dogs. Grrrrrr.
