My wife ordered a car 3 months ago for a family getaway. She went to pick it up and they only had one car and it had a heavy cigarette odor. She had to drive another 45 mins to Durham to swap out cars. Totally unprofessional

We were l promised a certain vehicle. When we arrived at the pickup location, we were given no option but to accept another vehicle. Then the representative took his time and effort in finding us the right vehicle for our trip. The situation was fixed. Thank you, Jake for making this transaction smooth.

Check your bank. If it was a debit card the hold fell off after 72 hours. You would not see a charge or a credit from Hertz
