I brought my son to have his wisdom teeth removed. While I was busy doing the paperwork for the surgery and the payment, someone came and asked if they can take him to start the prep for the surgery. I said ok, under the impression that when I am done with the paperwork I get see him. That did NOT happen, they took him to the surgery right away. Then later, the assistant came out with the post-surgery instructions. His mom and I were not informed or updated on how the surgery is going. I think this office has poor communication with the parents and they are looking for $$.. My son, should had a chance to listen to post-surgery instruction before going to surgery. They told us to wait at the parking lot for him to come out.

I had implants put in at the Falls of Neuse center and needed one removed. My appointment was for the WF Perio location and was a little hesitant as it was new to me. OMG…they were fabulous and made me feel extremely comfortable. Dr Jimenez, Patti and the rest of the team along with the two ladies at the front desk are the best and I can’t say enough about the professionalism as well as their friendliness to make the surgery comfortable. Thank you team!!!!
