If I could give this place 0 stars I would. All the workers here - Kylie, Crystal (assistant manager), Jessica (manager) are disgustingly rude and all conspire together against who they want to live here and who they don’t. After tons of emails and phone calls and only AFTER paying the $100 deposit (ALL CONTACT FROM MY END, THEY NEVER ONCE MADE ME FEEL LIKE THEY WANTED ME AND MY WIFE TO LIVE HERE EVEN THOUGH WE WERE NOTHING BUT POLITE) they rejected my application saying my offer letter is “falsified”??????? Me and my wife both have legitimate offer letters and we are so disgusted with this apartment complex that we will be suing for Housing Discrimination at the very least. I will make sure this goes public and that these racist, pathetic, rude workers never work at a customer service job ever again!!!!!!!!!

the upkeep of apartments are horrible. The pools and gym are disgusting. the maintenance for some apartments takes an insane amount of time.. my family recently moved to Texas and have an apartment there and even after weeks/months of begging to get maintenance to check something out/fix something.. it doesn't get handled. (dishwasher, fan, leaky ceilings and most importantly, AC). I understand they might be shortstaffed but for someones AC to not be working in the peak of summer... in the south... for consecutive months.. while paying for it... is ridiculous.

I enjoy my apartment, getting signed up was simple, and enjoyable. Kylie made the process very easy to understand, and get completed. She does a great job, thank you guys.

The new staff is wonderful, however is understaffed. One maintenance man for an entire apartment complex is obviously not enough however that is not there fault if nobody is applying or worth hiring. People at this complex and in these reviews are ridiculous, don't let them turn you away. The staff is great, just understaffed. PLUS upgrades to the apartments are pending.
