I am writing this review to warn and inform anyone who want to use this company to move them. READ YOUR CONTRACT. It says that they only will pay you $50 if their movers damage your doors, floors, windows and walls. If they damage your door or put a whole in your wall your only getting $50. I used this company to move me and i paid over $1600. The movers did not know how to pack a pod and just threw all my stuff inthere and then they sent a second crew out and they did an excellent job. Wish I would have had that crew the first time. The movers carried my brand new $3000 refrigerator out with no protection on it and they damaged my refrigerator and my King mattress was destroyed which was new as well. I paid $170 for the EXTRA insurance because I thought that would cover me all the way around and it turns out it only covers your items not the damage that the movers do. Their insurance company TGI International denied my claim and would not cover my damages. They claimed I did not tell element about the damages which I did. And they said I did not sign the paperwork in the end and I initialed the document at the top and I wrote onthe document that my items were damaged. It seems to me that TGI International finds any loophole they can to keep from paying for the damages. Hopefully I don't have to get an attorney for this, but I will tell you this was a nightmare and to this day I am waiting for TGI International Insurance to see if they are going to cover my damages. I will say that Jaiziman and Elle have been very professional and helpful to try and get this resolved for me. They have been fighting for me with this insurance company so we will see what happens next week. This move took place over a month ago and I am still dealing with trying to get my stuff replaced.

Eleazar and his team were fanatic. Very professional and careful with my belongings. Thank you!! Update: I had a different crew from Element help me with a move in January 2022. They were not as professional, were constantly on their phones, and weren’t as careful with my belongings. I was really disappointed, especially given how awesome the first crew (led by Eleazar) was for my move in Fall 2021.
