Unfortunately, Schult discontinued the Peggy floor plan but we have very similar homes at our sales center!
We typically do not do that but depending on current projects we may be able to help out!
There are several financing options depending on credit score. You can also use land as a down payment. Your situation would dictate if you were still required to put cash down. Hope that helps!
