I have lived at this location for the last 6 years. I have wanted to move twice but couldn't afford to until now. This place - it takes forever to fulfill maintenance requests. The apartment did a "renovation" a couple of years ago but it was shoddy to say the least. When we took pictures and took them to the office they said that was how it was done. Cabinet handles are crooked and drawers are held together with industrial tape. There is a lot more wrong with this place to put in words but I glad I can finally move. SMH

This complex has been very harsh and biased to their African American renters. They have even went as far as to say they’re going to email everyone to let them know Black people are playing in the dirt. These words came directly from the manager herself. If you are different from them, you will be treated as such regardless if you pay your rent on time and try to be a respectful tenant.

I lived two years in the complex and I must say that they were excellent for me, not only because it is in a privileged location, it has access to a gas station and easy access to all roads. The staff that works in the office was always very friendly and attentive, as well as cooperating in everything, always willing not only to make me feel comfortable, but also to solve any problem or concern. Now I have my own home, but I must say that they always made me feel at home. thanks a lot! JV building 7 apt # 722

My family had to make a move from NC to TX in less than 2 weeks. We were able to work with the staff to get our application completed and our apartment ready all online. When we arrived it was JUST, if not better, than described online. The community is beautiful and the staff is so helpful. They made a very stressful move simple with their quick responsiveness and assistance. I HIGHLY recommend this community!
