Our air conditioning wasn't blowing cold air this evening 7/25/2022 after dinnertime. After calling the service phone number, Alex gave me a call and came out to replace the capacitor within 15 minutes. He was very friendly and courteous and was able to resolve the issue quickly. I want to give a huge shout out to the service manager, Thompson. I submitted a work order on Saturday afternoon for my air conditioning not working. Thompson was at my door not long afterwards. He was kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He had the AC back up and running in no time! His service was excellent! Thank you again Thompson!
