Meagan in the leasing office is one of the most heartwarming, welcoming people I’ve met! Having to move up here short notice she really made the transition as easy as possible. Truly was such a stress relief moving in with such helpful leasing staff! The property is gorgeous and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Absolutely love

BE AWARE, LIVE IN A BOX THAN HERE Tl:dr: Do Not Live here, everyday HVAC issues, unhelpful and rude office and management. Current resident: apartment AC and heater has been going out frequently, sleeping in extreme cold and heat has become normal, currently the ac is not working and people at the office said it might take a week, the only solution they offered is portable ac, which is not even strong enough to cool down a single room. I came in to office regularly to ask for updates given that it is 95 degrees inside my apartment , they have bad attitudes and did not want to talk to me. James the manager was inside his office knowing the situation, yet he never stepped out to handle it or help with anything. They also lie/give wrong updates all the time. Apparently they do not think that 95 degrees is an emergency or important enough to do more than a “portable AC” for their residents , it has been 10 days and the AC still has not been fixed. THEY WONT PAY FOR HOTEL BILLS, THEY WONT TEMPORARILY TRANSFER YOU TO ANOTHER APARTMENT, THEY WONT PAY YOUR ELECTRICITY BILLS FROM THE PORTABLE AC RUNNING 24/7 LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! Message to management: Please do not ask me to call or go to the office in regards to this review as they are unhelpful, thank you

horrible parking situation. Update....parking is improving, residents are now required to have parking permits and visitors must register. I chose to pay for a carport so I have no worries. Apts are quiet, have lived here 8 yrs, But they are old and outdated. Nothing within the apt has been updated. Their is a erosion problem around the buildings which should be fixed. Lots of uneven or broken walkways. The quiet is what I like best, the management has changed many times, but the current office staff are doing a good job. I change my rating to 4 stars!

My daughter and I will soon be living here going on two years. We love it here! The staff is friendly and respond fairly quickly. Maintenance is always on the property and are also nice. We are very close to Sam Rayburn tollway, the mall, restaurants and gas stations . I would highly recommend the Stonebriar at Frisco.Hi Maria, your review means so much to us!
