I have lived at these apartments for 4 years, and at first, they didn't feel like an apartment, it felt like a home. And then St Martin took over. It was always something; my son had a basketball hoop, that not only my son played with, but every kid in the complex. Management called me and said the basketball hoop had to be taken down because it looked "trashy." It turns out that St Martin isn't a kid friendly home anymore. Maintenance doesnt fix anything either; when we had the last snow storm, my heat went, maintenance came in and said my filters were dirty, that i myself needed to change them, it wasn't their job. Save yourself from applying here..unless you like rude management and a leasing agent who drives around after hours hounding tenants and rodents who get through your garage and chew holes in your cables of your car.

The lady in the first office to the right was very rude and snobby. She could obviously care less about a customer. I take this very disrespectfully, because I give outstanding customer service daily and there’s no reason nor explanation for her attitude at work. Very unprofessional. Leasing agent also had an attitude. Great looking property. I was highly interested, but I think I’ll rent elsewhere based off the quality of employees. Very unpleasant experience.

I have been a resident for 5 years and the property has gone through several property management changes. The new management communicates very well and responds quickly! I rarely need to have a service request, but when I do it's taken care of immediately. Jessica was most helpful when I had an issue and it was resolved to my satisfaction. Thanks to the whole team for great service!

DO NOT APPLY WITH THEM! THEY ARE NOT TRANSPARENT AT ALL DO NOT APPLY WITH THEM!!!!! DO NOT APPLY YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY AND PEACE They don’t care at all about anything. The staff are terrible, we can save star, but the manager will not care about your case at all! They’ll say you’ll be approved in 2 days and your case will take 2 weeks, also if something goes wrong they’ll ask you for your social security number by EMAIL! They just messed up with my boyfriend and they took 250$ on fees for nothing! Also they were worried about one star review and they called trying to solve the problem, but one more time they didn’t care! So, our advice is, STAY AWAY FROM ST MARTIN, you’ll just loose your money and time, also you’ll have your feelings hurt! RUN!!!!!!
