This was my first time visiting! The store was very well organized. Those who were shopping seem very happy and enthusiastic. I witnessed employees assisting them with finding their selections. I would definitely recommend this store to those who can afford to shop here 🥰. I cannot 😌🤗. Happy shopping!

Kristie is an amazing manager! I had the worst experience with an item that I ordered custom-made from Nordstrom Woodland, Texas. It was misplaced, overcharged, delayed and I was insulted by a staff, and Kristie and her team - Frisco Mall were the only employees (both in-person and over the phone) that were patient, understanding, and caring enough to help me out to the best of their ability. They are amazing people. Because of people like her, I will continue to shop at Nordstrom.

I loved how big & spacious the store was; there was so many stores to explore and shop in. Our favorite spot was the food court and PLAYLIVENATION. I found some controller covers, popular board games and also D&D cards for my boys.

4/7/22 7:40 -8:15pm Mens Department. Nordstrom has gone down the drain!!! The customer service here is awful, very poor!!! The quality of the shirts👎👎. The sales people need training, they are indifferent and cluless!!! You can get better service at walmart! That's how low this store has gone. I came in looking for a suit, shirt and ties.( i came here to spend money!). The big heavy set women that assisted me for about 3mins, acted indifferent and ran off to help someone else. The second sales person that assisted me was plain cluless!! I asked the guy to check on a suit because i didn't see my size on the rack. He goes to the back, comes back and says i dont have it. He didn't offer to check other stores for inventory until i asked him too. He says "oh yeah let me check".. I ended up just buying two Ted Baker shirts for $313 but will return both items and take my business elsewhere. I give this experience 0 stars
