I received a Dak Prescott game day jersey for Christmas that was purchased from this shop. The #4 on the jersey is cracking in the back, I have tried on several occasions to get someone from this store to help me without success. I live out of state and cannot return the Jersey myself.. Be forwarned, the customer service here is the worst. This was not a cheap Jersey.
