I will never go back. I'd drive miles away than 10 minutes up the street for this store. Girl piled my clothes together and double scanned them. Customers will not know because they no longer let you see what have been scanned. Constantly have new people. Never the same people when you go in. Asked for my driver's license for my Children's Place credit card and not anyone else's. But she was thief.

Worst experience at the Billing! We will never set foot here, unless we see a different staff at the billing. Here's Why: We like "The Children's Place", we have shopped at TCP at least in 3 different states (OH, NJ & TX). We are new in Frisco, and this place was the closest. So we go and shop, and then we went to Billing! That's where everything went South. My wife has 2, $10 coupons and asked if could use use them both. At first the lady said we could, then she scans both coupons and then says we either have to shop for more. We didn't want to. So, "No, you can only use one of the coupons" would have been a perfectly acceptable answer. Instead, she got rude and aggressive and threatened to simply render both the coupons useless unless we went and bought more. So, we said, keep your clothes and the coupons, and walked out. Went right next door to Dillard's.

Worst location ever. I will NEVER shop here or at any Children’s Place for that matter. I had to return 3 items with tags and stickers attached and a gift receipt. 2 ladies took forever to try to look up my items then said I would have to exchange for the exact item and if that item wasn’t available in that store then to “call around” to find a store that would exchange it for me. They would not even give me store credit. The store is also super cramped, Workers and managers acted like I was trying to scam them over what was probably $20 or less (not sure it was a gift for my grandson). I was with a friend from California and we were both absolutely stunned, and I was embarrassed that we had a store like that in my city. Please stay away from here. Not worth your money.

OMG what a worst customer service, the cashier was unprofessional she wore a bom Marly's smile face t-shirt but her face like Caney west, lol, Unwelcome, I don't know why if she doesn't like to work she must quit. Never come back.
