The cashiers are very friendly. I also had an issue with the a prescription sent electronically by my doctor. It was in my patient portal but for some reason they didn’t receive it. It was late and after office hours. The pharmacist did an override and authorized the meds.

4011 Cottman Ave floors are horrible watch were you step also pay attention to Leaks in the ceiling and refrigerator. Also if anyone takes opioid count your meds. Pharmacy has some.people that work there that are addicts in the pharmacy.🙏🏿

If you had more people like Rita maybe this pharmacy would be more efficient. 1 hour to wait for w prescriptions with NO ONE waiting. The others weren't ready and all they needed was a LABEL! I can hear them all taking about their personal (short blonde Russian lady just terribly neglectiful) and off work lives but not taking care of YOUR PATIENT, ME!

If I could I’d leave zero starts! The pharmacy staff are rude & will ignore you! Lines are very long, counter top & waiting area is always dirty. The staff in the pharmacy area will look at you like your a burden to them & have physical looks of disgust. If rite aid was smart they would fire the Asian & Indian/Arabic woman. They’re obviously untrained people. I swear if this lady disrespects me the next time I go in there I’m going to rip her over the counter
