I went here to go visit a friend. The rooms are very spacious. My friend also told me that the rent was very affordable. The stairs are a killer to come up when you enter. I do feel that the place could be kept up better. It doesn't seem like they would really pass inspection.

What is the price.
A few of the rooms have their own restrooms but they are all taken and they have a higher rent. The majority of the rooms you have to share a restroom and the restrooms are NOT ventilated. At all. And the scent comes under the door into your room. (The restrooms are between the two rooms). (It's a sewer smell).
