I live in a community that is owned by Atlantic and I can tell you first hand that Atlantic does not care about its residents. I live in the Waters at Elm Creek and the current manager - her name is Kristen- has exploited and taken advantage of the elderly, disabled, and cancer patients. She barely works 30 hrs a week, talks down to residents, and generally doesn’t help our community in any form or fashion. Residents have repeatedly complained to Atlantic and to no avail. This company seems to be completely devoid of any ethical or moral compass. Absolutely monstrous behavior.

This company takes care of there tenants while others sit and do nothing I guess that what happens when you don't take time for us to listen and thank you for caring 😊

This company takes advantage of young students and trap them in horrible leases and living conditions. We are currently at 2 weeks without clean running water in our apartment and management is still not helping. The entire property is a mess and falling apart. The touring unit has very different conditions than the actual units. Do not trust any property they own.
