Stopped and ate here last week. It was about 4:30. This restaurant’s interior is just old and sad. It really needs remodeled, but looks like the owners are trying to squeeze every last penny out of the building. The ice tea cups are ancient, the seats had been sat in and farted on for years and years. Will not be going back. Especially when they want todays restaurant prices but are unwilling to revamp and update the facilities to make the dining experience enjoyable. It just smelled bad inside, like your grandma’s living room. They didn’t even like to use the A/C. It was cool, but def not comfortable. Probably 78° or 79°.

Love the restaurant, drinks, food. Everything is excellent. Customer service is great customer. It's like family. Love it. Great people enjoy the food me and my sister Mary Lou, we have so much fun there. Thanks, El Fenix we love you!

Pretty decent food the salsa was spot on and the tortillas were quality as well the unsweetened tea wasnt good but other tha that it was good

I went to El Fenix for lunch today. Went to the one located in Casa Linda Plaza. It was during lunch hours so they were somewhat busy. However, their service is fast. Ordered food and it was out and ready in about 5 minutes. El Fenix is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the Dallas area.
