I see the first review ... I can give you my outside opinion. I've been ordering Pallets for my company from JR for a couple of years now and can tell you they always come through when I call. I don't know any of the people there but every time I call and need a full truck load of pallets they always come through. 1 to 2 days and the pallets arrive in decent condition.

Very unprofessional. My fiance has been the person building this yard to what it is and EVERY week we get shorted at least 200$, sometimes 600$.. and like I said this is on a weekly basis. The pay is never right, some weeks he doesn't pay his other employees that Matt is in charge of and they all call him asking questions and we feel bad telling them we don't know, they have to call Luke. Luke has NO clue what he is doing. He's a trucker not a pallet guy. He has sooo many unpaid bills and you have to threaten him to get him to pay and even then he has to take out a loan to do so. talk about a shot show.
