I needed to print 2 documents right after work and arrived at 7:55. The employees continued to ask me questions that were not helpful in getting my task completed, and felt it necessary to come and sit next to me to strike up conversation or remind me that they need to leave by 815. I never got my things printed because they did not offer the help I needed, so I left without my documents. If someone happens to be coming in like that, it may be helpful to ask how to best assist the customer rather than hover over them.

We are truly satisfied with all the services including shopping, printing advice and most recently creating our 1st Banner. Zack is an excellent individual who takes time out to ensure the highest quality results, his engaging Management style is of the highest caliber.
