Had a pretty poor experience trying to book this resort with AirBnB. Working with Annie and was promised my days would be booked and was then told someone else had booked them a week after we first spoke. Very poor experience.

We stayed Eleanor cabin and it was very nicely furnished with everything we needed! Owners are friendly and very helpful. Beautiful and peaceful setting! Very relaxing!!

Holy moly for real. Annie has to be the best human I have ever met. Also, her venue is impressive. The ceremony was my highlight. We talked several times before the wedding over the year. She got back to me same day or answered on the spot, which earns massive points in my book. She went above and beyond to help us and was very accommodating. I made sure not to abuse her kindness and helped out as much as I could. She monitored weather, helped with unrelated wedding things, and her family even showed us around to talk about the history of the land. She is caring and has high family values and work ethic. Hands down the best venue and would go back again. Maybe I will renew my vows in ten years so that I can go back. We will be back to visit and stay in their beautiful cabins again. You will not be disappointed.

This resort was absolutely perfect! A beautiful cabin in the woods completely stocked with everything you need. Can't say enough about this place. There is a town not to far from there if you need anything. And close to Itaska state park. Enjoyed so very much, would definitely go again! Beautiful place for a wedding.

I wish we could but we only have 7 sites and mainly do short term rentals, until we build more RV sites we are unable to take in long term reservations such as park models. However, we do plan on adding sites in the next couple years so if anyone is reading this a couple years from now, please call and see if anything has changed:) thank you for inquiring, take care.
Hey Becca! Thank you for asking. A pool is on our “nine mile long wish list”. Since you are local, you have been able to see us go from a raw patch of ground, to where we are now, and know that we are very much still building and progressing the place forward with no end in sight. Your question makes me hopeful:) This year we are tackling our lake front and another surprise project. The year after, hopefully another cabin. Within 5 years, hopefully a Lodge. A pool is VERY much a part of the ten year plan. Since we build everything humanly possible ourselves, everything takes forever.
