I've ordered delivery from here several times and usually there is something wrong with the other. I decided to pick up instead this time and what I saw was absolutely shocking. The staff were very unprofessional. It was like my visit was an inconvenience to them. Besides poor customer service, the staff were just besides themselves yelling, screaming, playing around shouting obscenities at each other like children. It was total chaos. Now I can see why my order is usually messed up.

Just no. I waited 50 minutes on a Tuesday night. Two men just standing there talking and not doing anything. Young lady on her phone also not doing anything. They were playing offensive music too. Their lobby was disgusting and nothing was getting done. No phone service and dilly dallied. I want some sort of coupon next time cause this is just a waste of my time. Give someplace else your buisness, not here until they can shape up their attitudes

Experience was horrible from the moment I walked in the door to pick up my order. I had ordered the same items previously at another location and was expecting to have a great experience here at this location too. However, it wasn't, no one attended to the costumers. It was about 5 min in till some one came to the front to call out the name of an order. Then I asked her about my order . I waited and extra 5 or 7 min more from the time it was suppose to be done 45- 57min. Also, my order was mixed in with other flavor chicken and they gave me the wrong fries. I ordered a large fries w- lemon pepper seasoning and ended up with almost burnt sweet potatoe fries with some sweet seasoning . I will never order from this location agian. It is horrible I do not recommend it.

I had the worst experience at this wingstop specifically. I have worked at more than one wingstop location before, the lady manager Ricky was so so unprofessional, cussing very loudly in front of multiple customers, cussed out a door dasher for an issue that was not his fault but theirs or their systems, started coughing and gagging in the lobby before stepping outside in front of customers. The kitchen was a horrible mess. I saw a whole order of fries on the floor, Ricky also came out with out the on uniform to yell at the doordash driver she honestly needs to be fired ASAP!!
