Visiting the store closest to me. University and Howe. Premium price for everything. I was in shock to see a $3 price for 12oz. Of Japanese noodles that I have gotten at the 99¢ store.

This place is great! Since moving to the neighborhood I've come to like it more and more. Tonight, Anistasio (please forgive the spelling) in the meat department went above and beyond to help me out of a bind. I asked for taco meat, and since they were out of the prepared stuff, he went out of his way to find the items to make it in the store for me! Unbelievable customer service. He did everything but cook it for me! Clearly he was doing it out of the kindness of his heart. But I will forever be loyal to this place instead of the competitor across the street because of Anistasio's kindness. Thanks again man!

Very busy, but got the customers out quickly. That had to be hard to do. Very professional in every way. I only give 5 star reviews for the very best of the best.

The store is great, the associates are wonderful and informative. Unfortunately the last 3 visits 11:30 pm or later, we have watched people stealing carts of groceries and seen the frustration this does to the staff. It’s not Safeways fault, the police won’t do anything because prosecutors won’t prosecute because of our governor rewrote prop 47.
