I was surprised I had a similar experience as others who have made reviews… it was my first time coming to this Round Table on campus and I too had a bad experience. I waited 40 minutes for a personal pizza when it was slow (summer time is always slow on campus). So, I asked how long it might be until my pizza was ready since I had work. I was then told the manager threw my pizza away! The staff didn’t understand why, especially since I was sitting at a table with my order number clearly visible. Turns out he was calling the wrong number. Training should be better… you don’t just throw food away without making sure all customers are served. Especially when there are only five other customers there. I could not wait for them to remake my food, so I got a refund which was okay but I had to rush to get other food before going to work. Seeing that it’s not just a one-time issue and others have had similar experiences I just can’t rely on getting food there in between classes or work. I’ll opt for something faster and more reliable on campus next time!

Asked for a personal well done pepperoni pizza and it took them 20 mins. just to tell me they forgot to tell the chefs and that it would take more time. Mind you, it wasn't even busy. They did have a personal pepperoni pizza ready (they could've put that in the oven for a few mins.) not even sure if they were making me a fresh one.

Pizza is always good, but the prices are high compared to other options in the area. Great option for Sac State students given it's location, but really no other reason to go here.Tim, we are sorry to hear about your negative experience.
