The most part beutiful and quiet. Great amenities. I just wish management and personnel would not change so often. As usual rent is high, but so is everywhere else. Repairs get completed promptly.

I did a walk in and was presented with amazing service and this cute little set up. I am from Dallas Texas and am planning on moving out here to Sacramento early next year, this complex is definitely on my top 3. Dog friendly community and they have doggie treats! My baby Spot back home would love this!!

This place is fortunate to even get 1 star. Save yourself the money and go elsewhere. This apartment complex is a rip off and lacks safety, to say the least. As a result of cameras and gates not functioning properly, there was a homicide, which warranted our decision to move out. We didn't feel safe and the management could care less about people and remained focused on profit. Our security deposit was also cut short, for God knows what reasons, and the balance that was owed didn't reflect on the check issued to us. We remained patient with their lack of understanding, but believe it's our due diligence to warn others who might believe they'll be moving into a reliable environment. We were also told that our months rent will be returned to us, as someone has rented the unit. Come to find out, they took our whole months rent, approx $1900 + $418 of the security deposit. Desperate for money and could care less about people's concern? If that's the kind of place right up your alley, sign a lease here.
