From the moment I stepped into the office there was a great vibe here. Initially, I got to talk to Austin and he was great at asking questions and listening to me to understand what I was looking for since I was having a hard time figuring that out myself. I was a homeowner in Cameron Park, so the difference was pretty extreme in many aspects. He shared information about the places in the area and provided me with a few options to choose from for a layout. I didn’t feel any pressure, it was just a natural introduction to the complex. After walking around the complex, I knew this place was right for me and what I wanted my new living experience to be for my next year. When we returned to the office, I completed an application and he walked me through each step since it had been many years since living in an apartment and going through this process. I moved into 1801 L in the middle of April. The unit I moved into was freshly remodeled and has a full-size washer and dryer. I picked the unit with the walk-in closet and it does not disappoint! Since April, the transition has been way smoother than I thought thanks to the amazing staff that helped me feel welcome and are always available when I need something. All of the residents I have encountered, along with the community have been really positive so far. The team at 1801 are always there to help me when needed and even just chat when passing by. John has been really nice and recommends cool spots for me since I am still getting to know the area, he is very knowledgeable about the right places with a good vibe are. They have all been really accommodating whenever I have a request, including Ruben who I believe is their handyman. Thank you everyone at 1801 L for helping make this place feel like a home. I am excited to build more relationships with everyone and get to know Sacramento. I highly recommend considering this place for your next rental because it really does give you the perfect Sacramento feel and comfort.

I recently toured 1801L and had the best experience. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The apartments are spacious and modern. Loved that they had a pool!
