All I have to say is Brain. He reminds me of Mr. Normal from the spongebob episode Not Normal. All smiles up front but there is just something off about him and the way he handles himself in correspondence. He is very passive aggressive and unorganized, same with Ashley too but I don't even want to get started on that. Also the parking is horrific and when they started charging $30 parking fee a month for our ONE covered spot, they then started to take away spots that were previously free, therefore making there even less parking! Just don't move here, it is not worth it.

My experience is good for the most part, although my son's bike was stolen off his balcony last year. Maybe they should look into security and/or a few Camaras... it's the sign of the times. And also heard that sometimes there's homeless people sleep in the laundry room, not good.🤔They have wonderful neighbors and every time we visit it's clean. And we enjoy our time there. The reason why I gave the rate of 5 was by accident, it's really a 4 star, I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

This is the second time that our things have stolen. One including bike a softball bag from my car. The employees are giving excuses and are not doing anything about stolen items. Bryan was no help what so ever and kept giving the excuse that we live Sacramento. If we live in Sacramento why don't you go the extra mile to protect residents items/property. Everything Bryan would tell me was an excuse. He filled out a report and I asked is this just going to go into a file. He told me no and said he would email it to security. I then asked if I could wait until he does that and he replied " I don't need anyone looking over my shoulder." Of course I got upset because of the way he would talk but also the way he would give excuse after excuse. Horrible security but even worse service. Thanks Bryan........
