My friends lives here. It's a pretty run down place (pot holes, pests, poor construction). Lots of addicts. But, I'm glad it exists. Addicts deserve to be housed just like everyone else.

The last time I saw the inside of an apartment there they still were battling cockroaches and the floors cheaply repaired when possible.
